$600 for 90 minutes including a thorough review of your history, assessing your medical and psychiatric conditions and tailoring a recovery plan.

$200-600 plus fee. At the end of our first formal consultation, if we agree on my managing your psychiatric medications, I require a deposit of 1-3 months of membership (details below) to cover up to half an hour of consultation time in (each of) our final 1-3 months of working together, to match the length of time of your longest prescription. Membership does not guarantee any prescription.

$200 per month covers up to half an hour of consultation time. Membership is required for medication management and does not guarantee any prescription. If you would like to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company, request a “superbill” document from this practice after each visit which you can send to insurance. Insurance is not likely to reimburse membership payments on months when we do not meet and payment is still required.

$400 per hour of consultation time for practice members requiring more than the first 30 minutes per month included in membership, or for non-members requesting ongoing consultation without medication management (e.g. another provider is prescribing and the patient needs another expert’s input).
