$600 for 90 minutes including a thorough review of your history, assessing your medical and psychiatric conditions and tailoring a recovery plan.

$200 per month covers up to half an hour of consultation time. Membership is required for medication management. If you would like to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company, request a “superbill” document from this practice after each visit which you can send to insurance. Insurance is not likely to reimburse membership payments on months when we do not meet and payment is still required.

$400 per hour of consultation time for practice members and non-members for medication management or talk therapy.

I accept payment by debit card or bank transfer with a minimal fee. I do not accept third party payments, insurance, medicaid, or medicare. Patients may request reimbursement from insurance after each visit using a superbill provided by this practice. Membership does not include cost of medications or labs, which are usually covered by insurance.
