$900 for 90 minutes including a thorough review of your history, completing a physical exam when indicated, assessing your medical and psychiatric conditions and tailoring a recovery plan.
-
$300-900. At the end of our first formal consultation, if we agree on my managing your psychiatric medications, I require a deposit of 1-3 months of membership (details below) to cover up to half an hour of consultation time in (each of) our final 1-3 months of working together, to match the length of time of your longest prescription.
-
$300 per month covers up to half an hour of consultation time. Membership is required for medication management and does not guarantee any prescription. If I am not managing your medication, e.g. if your other physician manages your medications and I only consult and make recommendations, membership is not required. If you would like to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company, request a “superbill” document from this practice after each visit which you can send to insurance. Insurance is not likely to reimburse membership payments on months when we do not meet and payment is still required.
-
$600 per hour of consultation time for practice members requiring more than the first 30 minutes per month included in membership, or for non-members requesting ongoing consultation without medication management (e.g. another provider is prescribing and the patient needs another expert’s input).
-
$900 for a 90 minute session
-for treatment-resistant depression
-in-person only
-administered by the physician only
-available weekly in Northeast Tennessee
-available monthly in Southwest Virginia.
-available less frequently in Northern Virginia
* Patients are responsible for paying processing fees via Square or Stripe in addition to all the above fees, usually less than 5%, and as low as 1% when processed by ACH bank transfer.
** None of the above fees guarantees any prescription. All fees are only for consultation time.

I accept payment by debit card or bank transfer with a minimal fee. I do not accept third party payments, insurance, medicaid, or medicare. Patients may request reimbursement from insurance after each visit by presenting insurance with a “superbill” (an invoice plus diagnosis and encounter codes) provided by a billing expert contracted by this practice. Membership does not include costs of medications, labs, or other studies, which are usually covered by insurance.
