Office hours in Alexandria, Johnson City, Nashville and Roanoke are by appointment only. I treat patients across Tennessee and Virginia by Telehealth. Patients may request home visits and in-person visits at their therapist’s office when necessary and when patients are unable to travel to my offices. Ketamine assisted psychotherapy is only administered by the physician in-person.
